On the BTCC platform, you can complete account registration in just a few minutes. Please refer to the registration steps below:
1. Register with Email or Mobile Number
To register a BTCC account, you can visit the BTCC website or download the BTCC mobile app, then register using your email address or mobile number. Please note that each email address or mobile number can only be used to register one BTCC account.
Open the BTCC App, tap “Login” on the home page to enter the login and registration page. Then use your mobile number (make sure to select the correct country/region code) or email address to complete the registration as prompted. (If you have an invitation code during registration, please enter it as well.)
Additionally, you can also register directly via Google. The email address linked to your Google account will be used to create your BTCC account.
2. Register via Invitation Code or Invitation Link
You can also register through an “invitation link” shared by somebody who invited you or by entering an “invitation code”. By registering through an invitation, you will receive a 5 USDT coupon as a reward. In addition, for each trade you complete, you will receive a 5% rebate on the trading fee, up to a total of 400 USDT.
You can also participate in the “Invite Friends” campaign to earn invitation rewards. For specific tasks and reward details, please visit the “Referral” page.
Please note: You can send invitation links or codes to friends to invite them to register. When a friend successfully registers using your valid invitation link, they will be linked to your account as a referral. Friends must complete their account registration through your referral link or invitation code to qualify as a valid referral.
3. Registration FAQs
Q1: I am not receiving SMS verification codes.
If you are not receiving SMS verification codes, please try the following solutions:
- Clear your browser or mobile app cache (cookies/browsing history) and get a new code.
- Try to remove the ‘0’ (or add a ‘0’) in front of your mobile number and get a new code.
- Remove the area code in front of your mobile number (e.g., remove ‘1’ for US phone numbers) and get a new code.
Q2: I am not receiving email verification codes.
If you are not receiving email verification codes, please try the following solutions:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Check if your email address is correct.
- Try to get a new verification code.
